• How many lessons do I need to pass a level?

 

Approximately 30 classes, but generally it is up to you, it depends on how successful your learning process is and the spent time on it. Please consider that one level is each one starting with A1.1 until B1.2, in total there are six. From B1+ on the number is according to your needs.

 

• I am not completely beginner, where do I begin?

 

The trial lesson is very appropriate to determine exact your level. If you have studied for example on your own for a time you can join from the middle of a level and pass it for less than 30 classes. 

 

• What is the difference between private lesson and one to one courses?

 

Basically they are the same thing. If you have difficulties with the language, choosing one to one course will be more suitable, because you may need more class hours to cover the material, private lessons on the other hand are convenient for those, who are learning a lot on their own and need only additional explanation or wish to refresh or repeat some level.

 

• How often do I need to have a class?

 

We recommend twice a week, one class per session or 60 minutes. Do not forget that you still need to spend time on your homeworks, listen the audio, learn the vocabulary etc.

 

• Can I cancel a class withaut any charges?

 

Yes, you can, we accept also late cancellation without any charges as long as you use your paid class hours within the maximum duration time, after that they are no more valid.

 

• What is Money back guarantee?

 

You will receive your money back if you are not happy with our service. We want you to be confident that our Online German classes are the correct choice for you. 

 

• Do I get a certificate?

 

Yes. Or request you can get a certificate for completed level in German language. We can not measure with Goethe Institute but we can prepare you for the exam to get internationally recognised certificate.

 

• How can I made a payment?

 

Use for payments the International Bank Account Number (IBAN), provided here and the company name if needed.

 

• Do I receive an invoice?

 

Yes, you receive an invoice for your payment.

 

• Do you accept another currency?

 

Doing transaction do not depends on your currency, we receive the amount in ours.
